I have one question regarding the setup in this video?

Are the 2 60w Spot lights on a stat? If not how can you be sure that they do not heat up to over the 38c that you recommend?

  Hi Stuart, we have found this particular combination of bulbs in that size viv gives the perfect temperature without need for regulation. The temperature can be tweaked if needed by changing one bulb for a 40w or a 100w bulb but 99% of the time this isn’t necessary. Of course if you were ever worried you could use a dimming thermostat.
