Order before 12pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) to have your order dispatched same day. Frozen food only dispatched Friday if you choose Saturday delivery.

The courier options shown at checkout apply from the time your order is dispatched. We will update you via email when your order's on the way!

We guarantee your live and frozen food will arrive in great condition or we'll replace it free of charge! You must be home when the first delivery is attempted to qualify.
