These details will be used to help us process your request for matching another retailer's price for an item we sell online. To enable us to do this as quickly as possible, please ensure that the match you're requesting considers the following criteria.

1. The competitor's product must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
2. We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
3. We must be able to verify the competitor's price and stock position.
4. We must be able to validate any competitor voucher codes.
5. We will not price match against wholesalers.
6. Price Match cannot be used on orders paid for by credit or finance.
7. Price Match cannot be used against products already purchased.
8. Price Match is an online only service and cannot be used in store.
9. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. Meeting these terms is not a guarantee of a request being accepted.
