Quality is assured as most of our frozen foods are packed the same day they are sent, and sent in insulated parcels with dry ice to ensure they remain frozen. However, as anything could happen in transit between our warehouse and your front door, for your peace of mind, we have implemented the Frozen Arrival Guarantee! If you have any trouble with your frozen food delivery, simply reach out to our team for a speedy resolution.

As long as the frozen foods haven’t defrosted and spoiled due to an extended delivery time caused by a missed delivery attempt or incorrect address, we can replace the items for you free of charge.

If you message us before noon Monday-Thursday(excluding bank holidays) and include your order number and a picture of the issue there is a high chance we can arrange a replacement order to be with you the very next day!
