Airplant - Tillandsia tricolor var. melanocrater

Description

Tillandsia Tricolour Melanocrater is a unique air plant with stiff leaves that grow vertically. The leaves colour vary from green, pink, red and orange tones. It gets the name Tricolour as the colour is based on how much sunlight the plant receives. More sunlight means more red/purple tones, and less sunlight means the leaves will be more green toned.

With bright light and high humidity, Tricolour will become a real standout plant. One of the ‘Must Have’ plants for those new to air plants, it is easy to care for and very rewarding. Flower spikes are cherry red turning yellow, and flowers are indigo.
