Trustpilot is an independent review gathering company that collects over 1,000,000 reviews about companies globally every month. It’s great to see what people like about our service, but it’s also great to see where we can make changes to help people further. Thank you for helping us to do this.
We originally asked Trustpilot to gather reviews from our customers because we wanted to improve. We still do, but, we also wanted somewhere for prospective customers to be able to ‘vet’ us before placing their first order. All companies can say they offer good service, but the proof of that can only come from real customers’ experiences.
