Natural History

The Chinese water dragon is a lizard native to China and Southeast Asia. They are normally bright green with stark white markings under the jaw and dark stripes near the eye line and running down the tail. The Chinese water dragon has spines running along the crest of their head, spine and tail. The tail is very long often accounting for half of the dragon's full length.

The Chinese water dragon can eat vegetation but will mostly hunt for insects, small mammals or even small fish.
