This tropical succulent, also known as the Easter Cactus, is native to the forests of Brazil. Its leaves are glossy green and have an oval shape, while its striking star-shaped flowers bloom during Easter. You will be selected a plant at random from a variety of colours.

During the growing season (Spring-Summer), make sure to water the Easter Cactus (Rhipsalidopsis sp) thoroughly and then allow the top 5cm of soil to completely dry out before watering again. This plant prefers bright, indirect light and it is important to frequently mist the plant and apply cacti feed every two weeks in the spring and summer.

Prepare your Easter Cactus for a stunning bloom in Spring by giving it a proper resting period. Simply place the plant in a cool, dark room for 8-12 weeks in December and watch as new flower buds bloom.
