Philodendron 'Golden Violin' (Philodendron bipennifolium aurea)
Often referred to as the Gold Violin Philodendron or Gold Violin Plant, Philodendron Bipennifolium Aurea is a climbing plant known for its beautiful yellow new growth that turns dark green over time. Recognized for its striking foliage, this plant features leaves that can reach up to two feet in length and take on the shape of a violin, giving it its distinctive name. As a highly sought-after house plant, it can be trained to grow vertically with proper support.
To thrive, this distinct Philodendron variety requires humidity levels that are moderate to high and bright, but indirect light. Its preference is for soil that remains moist but also dries out slightly between waterings. It's important not to let the soil dry out completely, so aim to water only when the top inch or two has dried.
