Thank you for considering signing up to our live food subscription service. As a special thank-you we are currently offering a £5 credit to be used on any future order placed through the main checkout for all new subscribers who start their subscription this July!

How does it work?

• The credit will only be applied once per customer, on creation of a new subscription, in July 2025.
• The credit will be applied to your Reptile Centre account 1 day after the order is placed.
• If you do not yet have an account with us, creating one with the same email address used to place the qualifying order will provide access to the £5 credit.
• Please note that the credit will only be accessible through the main checkout and not through the express PayPal, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay checkouts.

How do I use my credit?

To use your credit, log into your account and add the items you would like to order to your basket. When you proceed to the checkout, you will see a small check box asking if you would like to apply your credit to the current order. Make sure to tick that box before paying for the order. If you have any trouble claiming your account or using your credit, please reach out to our customer support team at sales@reptilecentre.com.

Terms and Conditions

• Northampton Reptile Centre reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, but qualifying orders placed before the promotion is terminated will still receive their credit.
• Credits cannot be traded for a refund or free goods on completed orders, and can only be applied while ordering through the main checkout.
• Each customer can only qualify for one £5 credit via this promotion.
• Credits cannot be transferred and will be tied to the email address used to place the qualifying order.
