We will insulate your food and pack with necessary dry ice to ensure your order arrives frozen. In fact, we guarantee that your chicks will arrive frozen!

Important: you must be at your delivery address to recieve your order when our courier attempts to delivery. If you miss our delivery attempt, your frozen arrival guarantee is voided.
